Billboard Wall (billboardwall.com) is operated by Tushar Gugnani. This page explains what we collect when you claim a board and how we use it.

What we collect

• Name and email, so we can confirm your listing and contact you about it.
• Your site URL, company name, and the image or Open Graph creative shown on the wall.
• Bid amount and whether the listing is paid or a free badge board.
• Click counts and coarse visitor signals used to de-duplicate clicks (one click per visitor per board per day).
• Technical logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the site and stop abuse.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. We never see or store full card numbers. Dodo’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout itself.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run a marketplace that takes your buyers’ data. We do not use your email for a newsletter unless you opt in later.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so checkout and the claim form work. Click de-duplication may use a first-party cookie or similar identifier.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about your listing. We keep listing records while the board is live and for a reasonable period after for receipts, refunds, and abuse prevention.
