Refunds

A Billboard Wall listing is a digital product delivered as soon as payment clears (and, if moderation is on, as soon as it is approved).

When we refund

• Your listing was rejected or never went live. Full refund.
• We charged you and then failed to place the board because of an error on our side. Full refund.
• A duplicate charge for the same listing. We reverse the extra charge.

When we do not refund

• The board is already live. Delivery has happened; the 7-day term has started.
• Someone outranks you and your board gets smaller. Rank is the product, and it can change.
• You do not like the traffic or click count. We do not guarantee results.
• You change your mind after checkout. EU and UK consumers request immediate performance at checkout and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for this reason.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the site URL and approximate time of payment. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments back to the original payment method.
